Nanny Cay Hotel offers 53 well-appointed rooms across the original Garden Wings and the newer Seaview Wing, with a choice of Standard, Deluxe, Premium and Superior rooms.
The Seaview Wing features spacious rooms of more than 400 square feet, with private balconies with either a marina and the Sir Francis Drake Channel or garden view. The Garden Wings rooms are set among Nanny Cay’s tropical surroundings and also include private balconies.
Rooms are thoughtfully designed for a relaxed island stay and include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable television. Depending on the room category, bedding includes either two queen beds or two full-size beds. All second- and third-floor rooms are accessible by elevator.
With its waterfront setting, on-site dining, marina, beach and resort amenities, Nanny Cay Hotel provides a convenient base for exploring the BVI, enjoying a sailing holiday or simply settling into island life.

A Variety Of Options
Nanny Cay Hotel offers a range of room categories to suit different stays and preferences. All rooms feature modern beach-chic décor, comfortable furnishings and the amenities you need for a relaxed stay in the BVI.
Standard Rooms are generally located on the ground floor and offer easy access to the resort’s facilities.
Deluxe Rooms are generally located on the second floor, offering a comfortable setting with elevated views across the resort.
Superior Rooms are located on the ground and second floors of the Seaview Wing, with spacious interiors and balconies overlooking the marina and Sir Francis Drake Channel.
Premium Rooms occupy the third floor of the Seaview Wing and offer our highest vantage point, with expansive views across the marina and Sir Francis Drake Channel.
Room rates are based on double occupancy, with a maximum of four guests per room. Additional adults are charged separately, while children under 12 stay at no additional charge when sharing a room with two paying adults.
Kitchenettes and roll-away beds are available for an additional charge, while infant cots are provided at no charge.
For longer stays or families and friends travelling together, Nanny Cay also offers two- and three-bedroom vacation villas with private docks.

Security deposit

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, bookings, and stays at Nanny Cay Hotel. By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel. A valid credit card or approved payment method is required to secure all bookings. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge deposits prior to arrival. Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the rate plan selected.
Rates & taxes
All rates are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and government levies. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust rates due to changes in taxes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00pm; check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.

Guest responsibilities & occupancy
Guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully; the Hotel may refuse service or remove any guest violating policies, and guests are responsible for damage to Hotel property. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed and visitors are permitted only with prior approval from management.
Children, smoking & pets
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Hotel operates a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas — a cleaning fee of $350 may apply for violations. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the booking terms or approved in advance.
Liability, force majeure & amenities
The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings — guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available. The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, government actions, utility failures), and reserves the right to modify or withdraw amenities and services without prior notice.
Privacy, governing law & amendments
Guest personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the Hotel may update them at any time — the latest version is always available on request. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
