28 skipper’s and a member of their crew received comprehensive information at the ARC Europe Skipper’s Briefing today at Peg Legs, Nanny Cay.Participants leaving Nanny Cay and Tortola for the first leg to Bermuda at 1200 tomorrow, received Sailing Instructions, details of the start sequence, weather forecast and information on how communications at sea will work during their crossing.
