We’re very pleased to introduce Luis Rafael Samuel Henriquez who has joined us as the Restaurant Manager at Peg Legs.
Many of you will know recognize, if not know, Luis who hails from the Dominican Republic but has been a familiar face in the BVI hospitality industry since 1985 – although he may look slightly out of place on Tortola!
Previously a staunch Virgin Gorda-ite, Luis was most recently the Restaurant Services Manager at Little Dix Bay. However, over the years he has been keeping things running with a smiling face at Leverick Bay, Giorgio’s Table, Chez Bamboo and The Bath & Turtle.
We’re very pleased to welcome him to the team – and Tortola!
