RBVIYC Dinghy Championships 2011

RBVIYC 2011 Dinghy Championships prize giving at Nanny CayA whopping 36 sailors signed up for the RBVIYC annual dinghy championships held April 30/May 1 out of home base Nanny Cay.

Regatta organizer, Richard Wooldridge was over the moon to see such a strong turnout with nearly half of the competitors traveling from St. Thomas and St. Croix. It was great to see these youngsters meet and bump into each-other for the first time, they were having a ball!”

The Optimists raced inside Sea Cow’s Bay because the Sir Francis Drake Channel was way too rough for beginners.
