Yogis of all levels are welcome to experience the calm and relaxation of Hatha yoga at Nanny Cay beach. Taking place in the pagoda (the Nanny Cay stage for non-yogis 🙂 )  overlooking the sea, yogis will enjoy a one-hour yoga session in this beautiful outdoor setting.

Hatha yoga focuses on building physical and mental strength by practicing a gentle series of yoga postures. Yogis will enjoy the rare combination of enjoying exercise while feeling the sea breeze against your skin.

The class is led by Kim Webster, a trained Kripalu yoga teacher, who has completed advanced yoga teacher training in Amrit yoga. Additionally, she has been teaching yoga for 18 years, has more than 4000 yoga teaching hours and studied the following yoga styles; Sivananada, Bikram, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara.

There’s no need to book, just show up with your yoga mat, water and be ready to stretch your body and mind.

Time/day: 9:30 – 10:30 am every Monday and Friday (weather permitting)
Location:  Nanny Cay Beach (opposite Peg Legs restaurant)
Price: $10.00 per person.

Kim is also a trained masseuse and offers private massage therapy. Contact Kim on 1 (284) 284 544 1614 or sanctuary@surfbvi.com for more information.
