Nanny Cay Hotel is a charming and luxurious accommodation with 52 rooms nestled within the picturesque garden of Nanny Cay Resort and Marina in the British Virgin Islands, offering guests a tranquil and upscale experience with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
The accommodation comprises standard, deluxe, premium and superior rooms.
In November 2020, we opened our new Seaview wing. With Superior rooms on the ground and first floors and Premium rooms on the top floor, each room has over 400 square feet of cool interior space and breezy balcony with views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel and outer marina.
Each room has been finished to a four star standard with a relaxing coastal decor, two queen beds, comfortable lounge chairs, in-room WiFi and TV, and a spacious balcony.
There is an elevator for guests to access the higher floors, and a walkway connecting the new buildings to the existing reception block.
The Seaview wing complements the 34 original rooms in the historic garden wing.
All of the original hotel ground floor standard rooms have had a light renovation, with a fresh paint throughout, some restructuring of bathrooms, new ceilings and lighting.
All the deluxe rooms on the second floor, have been completely rebuilt. High ceilings making them feel even more spacious, and modern coastal furniture with top quality mattresses; ensure a great night’s sleep.
Kitchenettes & roll-away beds are available for a small supplement & infant cots are available at no charge. Children Stay Free if under 12.
We also have two and three bedroom vacation villas with private docks.

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, bookings, and stays at Nanny Cay Hotel (“the Hotel”). By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
3.1 All rates are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Rates are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and government levies. 3.3 The Hotel reserves the right to adjust rates due to changes in taxes or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.1 Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. 5.2 Standard cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. 5.3 Failure to arrive without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge equivalent to the booking terms. 5.4 Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
7.1 Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed. 7.2 Additional guests may incur extra charges. 7.3 Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from Hotel management.
9.1 The Hotel operates a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas unless otherwise designated. 9.2 A cleaning fee of $350 may be charged for violations.
11.1 The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. 11.2 Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available. 11.3 The Hotel shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring on the premises, except where required by law.
13.1 The Hotel reserves the right to modify or withdraw amenities and services without prior notice. 13.2 Maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. 15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

2.1 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel. 2.2 A valid credit card or approved payment method is required to secure all bookings. 2.3 The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge deposits prior to arrival. 2.4 Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the rate plan selected.
4.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. 4.2 Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. 4.3 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4.4 Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.
6.1 Guests agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. 6.2 The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest causing disturbance or violating policies. 6.3 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Hotel property and may be charged accordingly.
8.1 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 8.2 The Hotel may offer child-friendly amenities but assumes no responsibility for supervision.
10.1 Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the booking terms or approved in advance.
12.1 The Hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, government actions, or utility failures.
14.1 Guest personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 14.2 Information will not be shared with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
16.1 The Hotel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 16.2 The latest version will always be available upon request or on the Hotel’s official website.
