Nanny Cay Villa/Condos are a collection of charming residential units, these townhouses offer a delightful blend of modern comfort and tropical elegance, providing residents or guests with a serene and relaxing stay. Each Condo is set over 2 or 3 level buildings providing a spacious accommodation for 4 to 6 guests.
In addition, each townhouse has private deck, air conditioning and a designated mooring space for each renter’s boat. All the homes at Nanny Cay Village are a very short walk to the beach.
The three level apartments have 3 bedrooms/3baths. Two level apartments are equipped with 2 bedrooms/2 baths.
Our homes offer Daily Maid Services, full access to the Hotel facilities: freshwater oceanfront swimming pool and beach, local restaurants and supermarket, together with the assurance of a permanent on-site power and water back up unit.

Reception is open daily until 11pm. If you are arriving later please advise our staff so we can make special arrangements for you.
For all townhouses there would be a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to booking date.
$500 damage deposit payable at check in for all townhouse reservations. All townhouses to be paid in full at time of booking.
